What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

A deep clean includes everything in a standard cleaning, plus extra attention to detail — such as scrubbing baseboards, cabinet doors, grout, and hard-to-reach areas. It’s ideal for first-time clients or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many of my clients provide access and go about their day. Just let me know how I can safely enter and lock up, and I will take care of the rest.

What if I have pets?

I love pets! Just let me know ahead of time so I can make sure your furry friends stay safe and comfortable during the clean.

How long does a cleaning usually take?

Cleaning time depends on the size of your home and the level of detail required. Most standard cleanings take 2–4 hours. I will give you a time estimate when I provide your quote.

How do I book a cleaning?

Send me a text or give me a call (317-268-2672) to set up a time for me to stop by and see your house. This allows us time to talk about what you are looking for specifically for your house. Also, it gives me the opportunity to see your house and give you an accurate quote for the services you want.

How do I pay?

After your cleaning is complete, I’ll send you an invoice by text or email. You can pay securely online using the link provided. If you prefer another method, just let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, I bring all our own cleaning supplies and tools. If you have any preferences or would like me to use your products, just let me know ahead of time.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes — Honey Home Cleaning, LLC is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. I take your home’s care and your trust seriously.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings. Many clients start with a deep clean and then move to a monthly recurring schedule to maintain their home.

Can I customize my cleaning or add extra services?

Absolutely. We offer a variety of add-ons like fridge cleaning, oven cleaning touch-ups, and more. You can select these or fill in your own when requesting a quote.

Are there any tasks you don’t do?

I do not offer biohazard cleanup or heavy decluttering/hoarding cleanup. If you're unsure, feel free to ask — I’ll always be upfront about what I can and can't provide.

Where do you service?

I only service Hendricks County, Indiana.
